Shipping:

Pay actual shipping cost only.  Cost can be seen before checkout.  Choose from either FedEx^® Ground, USPS Parcel Post, or USPS Priority Mail.  Local customers (Walnut Creek, CA and surrounding East Bay Area) can arrange to pick up an order by using the contact form.

Return Policy:

To me, raw food is worth it's weight in gold. Also, I only charge enough on the items I sell to hopefully cover expenses. I do this only as a service to the raw food community. Because of these factors, I strongly discourage returns unless mandated by exceptional circumstances. If a return is necessary, all of the following rules apply. You must return defective product to me to receive a refund. I can only give you a refund for the amount of product returned. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
