Raw Journey
Guidelines for Using the Raw Journey Website

The goal is that this website will allow all of us to get a little clearer view of food cravings and feelings of deprivation and how they relate to a raw food diet. We shouldn't have to think about food forever. At some point, the food needs to be handled. We need to be able to get on with our lives. We need to be able to take our new health and our new awareness and use it to do what we really want to do.

This website is a tool that will, hopefully, help you bridge that gap of, "I feel great and have lots of energy, but the old stuff doesn't seem to fit anymore, so now what do I do?"

The following guidelines should help you get the most out of this website:

On this site you can do multiple listings. Using your e-mail address and password, you can log into Contributor Tools at any time to add a listing or edit an existing one.

It's recommended that you create a post that feels right to you at the moment, and then not substantially alter it. You can come back three months, or six months or one year later and do another post. This will give us a snapshot of where your were at that time. Since we are not linear beings, this will provide others with the broadest, most encompassing account of your journey. Also, the questions may change from time to time, and you might want to make a new submission.

The website session is designed to go for 24 minutes without activity. This should be a very solid figure. However, if you're unsure, it's probably best to save your work every few minutes. You can always use the Back button, or go back through Contributor Tools to continue. You could also edit your post fields offline and, when you are ready, copy and save them to the website.

May you have not only the most abundant health you can possibly imagine, but an incarnation that is truly a life worth living.
